Ruth Bader Ginsburg's Death to Usher in a New Age of Conservatism in the United States

The Second Woman To Serve on the Supreme Court

As the left continues to go off the deep end just 44 days away from the November presidential election, President Trump was handed an opportunity of chance that no one expected. On Friday, September 18th, historic progressive Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg passed away from complications relating to pancreatic cancer. She was the second woman to have ever served on the Supreme Court.

With the news breaking during one of the President's campaign speeches in Bemidji, Minnesota, he had little time to react. He later expressed that he will pick a replacement as soon as this upcoming week and that the replacement will be a woman. Many speculate that conservative powerhouse Amy Coney Barrett will be the first pick.

With six weeks left in the presidential race, the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg can be compared to Charlie ripping open one last Wonka Bar, only to discover a gleaming golden ticket waiting inside.

I know this sounds harsh but please, allow me to explain.

The Rush to Fill the Seat

The Supreme Court of the United States is the final decision maker regarding our constitutional rights. With the passing of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, President Trump has a chance to Tip the scales of influence in this country towards conservatism for decades to come, almost guaranteeing a reversal in the current trend towards leftist extremism.

It is strange how all of a sudden, the left is calling for time to grieve and already launching attacks as prominent figures like Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden push for the appointment to be delayed out of phony protocols.

The truth is that no previous president has ever waited, and why should one start now?

Throughout the history of this country, our presidents have been faced with this dilemma before. In fact, there have been 29 occasions in which a supreme court vacancy fell on an election year, and on every single occasion, the current President went forward with his nomination.

Not only is it the President's right to nominate a new Supreme Court Justice, but it also wouldn't be any different than any other president stuck in the same situation before him.

Appoint A New Justice or Else

As we get closer and closer to election day, it becomes more evident that the militant Democrats are most likely going to contest the election. It is essential to understand that our highest courts must be secure and functioning at all times.

If Joe Biden refuses to concede after his loss in November, the case may fight its way all the way up to the Supreme Court, which could spell utter chaos for this country with an incomplete bench.

Nine Justices are appointed to the supreme court, and with the passing of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the Democrats see an opportunity to steal an election. Though their chances are slim to none if the Democrats find a way to fight their case all the way to the top and a new Justice has yet to be appointed, the final decision may come out to a split decision (four voting yes and four voting no) in which case the ruling of a lower court would stand.

What does this mean?

This means that if the lower court ruled in Joe Biden's favor, regardless of facts, the Democrats could technically steal the presidency. On the other hand, if Trump can fill Ginsburg's seat in time, regardless of the election results, he will tip the scales of justice towards conservatism for the next few decades, effectively beginning the movement of cultural trends towards the opposite direction than its current trajectory.

Make no mistake, the Democrats cry for decency and time to grieve is a smokescreen designed to bide time in hopes that they can save their own skin before the election.

The Will of the People

There's no question, the mood of the people has shifted. From once afraid and unsure, the American people have become fed up. In what has become quite possibly one of the most historic years in American history, people have had plenty to deal with.

As if the exaggerations of COVID-19 and subsequent Democrat abuse of power weren't more than enough to drive us up the wall tack on nonstop politicking and leftist extremist movements burning down our cities, and we've had enough.

With the President's approval rating skyrocketing and both Joe Biden's and Democrat's popularity across the board plummeting, it's safe to say that the people have had enough and are actively making their choice known.

As the President stood in front of a packed house of American patriots, September 19th, at the Fayetteville Regional Airport in North Carolina, the chants of "Fill that seat!" were deafening.

This is a president who listens to the people, and the people want a new age of conservatism.
